How We Hire
Screening (+ Assessment)
Initial screening based on CV and (depending on position) assessment designed to evaluate your competencies and suitability for the role by a phonecall.
First Interview
An introductory meeting with the Recruiter and the Hiring Manager or Team Leader. Discussing your CV and providing a detailed overview of the role for alignment and mutual interest.
Second Interview
In-depth discussion with the Hiring Manager or Team Leader and the Hotel Manager, focusing on your experience, qualities, motivations, and alignment with the organizational culture.
Final Interview
Final conversation with the General Manager to align expectations, explore your potential contribution, and discuss overall fit with hotel’s strategic goals and culture.
