We are searching for you as our brand new Restaurant Manager for the Corendon Village Hotel

What does your job include?

As a Restaurant Manager at Corendon you have a passion for delicious food and drinks and a good ability to connect with both guests and staff. You are a natural leader and want the best for your team and for your guests, you are responsible for maintaining the highest level of hospitality while leading the service on the floor and collaborating yourself. In addition, you assist the F&B Manager with making plans, giving advice about the menu and educating/training staff where necessary.

Job requirements

  • You have gained relevant experience in similar restaurants/hotels and positions;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience.
  • You have good wine and cocktail knowledge;
  • You are highly skilled in inventory control.
  • You report to the F&B manager.
  • Management of big operation team of 30 people
  • You are service-oriented, hospitable and social;
  • You are flexible and work independently;
  • You master the Dutch and English language;
