As F&B Manager, you lead the full Food & Beverage operation across the W Lounge & Bar, In Room Dining, and Banqueting. What does the job include?

As our F&B Manager, you are the all‑round expert who leads the full Food & Beverage scene at W Amsterdam. From the W Lounge & Bar to In Room Dining and Banqueting, you ensure every guest experiences luxury service, bold energy and an unmistakably W vibe. You run the operation, inspire Talent and keep every detail sharp, stylish and on‑brand.

Your main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Lead daily operations — Oversee the W Lounge & Bar, In Room Dining and Banqueting to ensure luxury service and a fully on‑brand W experience.

• Ensure compliance — Safeguard all policies, procedures and brand standards across every outlet.

• Drive cross‑department collaboration — Maintain smooth communication with all departments to deliver our ALL IN service philosophy.

• Stay in the know — Be the expert on everything happening in the hotel; you run the scene and know every detail.

• Balance operations and admin — Manage scheduling, stock counts, ordering, reporting and operational readiness.

• Develop and coach Talent — Handle appraisals, coaching, performance reviews and team development.

• Elevate team performance — Motivate the team, enforce discipline when needed and ensure everyone performs at W‑level.

• Maintain service excellence — Ensure all teams follow service standards from the first interaction to the final moment.

• Deliver Whatever/Whenever service — Personalize guest interactions and create unforgettable experiences.

• Keep every space sparkling — Guarantee a clean, sharp and stylish environment across all F&B areas.

• Thrive in high‑energy environments — Work confidently in fast‑paced settings with loud music, pressure and weekend/evening peak times.

• Minimum of 3 year experience in the same or similar role

• Fluency in English

• Dutch and any other language is appreciated

• Work Permit for The Netherlands is required.
