Join the Corendon Family as our new Sales Manager

We are looking for Sales Managers for the Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, expanding, and maintaining revenue. This involves managing accounts, providing advisory support, and seizing commercial opportunities. You will actively contribute to maximizing hotel revenue through external sales calls, sales blitzes, conducting tours, telemarketing, and attending networking events. Relationship management, market exploration, and actively seeking new customers are key aspects of your role.

What does the role involve?

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

General

  • Promoting good cooperation within and between departments through the OER principle (Open, Honest, Respectful)

  • Adhering to and promoting the CSR policy to partners, customers, and guests

Relationship Management

  • Building and maintaining relationships with (potential) customers

  • Conducting after-sales activities and addressing requests/complaints

  • Representing the organization at trade shows and events

  • Ensuring follow-up on commitments by operational departments

Acquisition

  • Monitoring market developments and competitor activities

  • Advising the Commercial Director to maximize market opportunities

  • Actively seeking and approaching (potential) customers to increase revenue and brand awareness

  • Preparing quotes and making agreements within set guidelines

Administrative

  • Preparing visit reports and periodic reports

  • Recording market and customer developments

  • Documenting and explaining customer agreements to other departments

* In addition to the tasks and responsibilities described above, we also expect you to perform other duties as assigned by the Commercial Director when, considering the nature of the business, business opportunities can be optimally exploited.

Job requirements

  • Jij beschikt over HBO denk- en werkniveau.
