W Hotels does not recruit we cast Talent. As our new Stylist (Room Attendant), you join the Style Team, the group responsible for making the entire hotel sparkle and ensuring every detail of our design stays on point. We don’t call them Style for nothing.

What does the job include?

As a Stylist, you are part of the team that brings the W experience to life through flawless presentation, attention to detail and bold service. You work closely with your colleagues to make guest dreams come true and you stay fully in the know about our rooms, facilities and design standards. You follow all service procedures, maintain a polished and professional appearance and protect company assets at all times.

You bring the Whatever/Whenever® philosophy to life by connecting with guests and personalizing their experience.

You work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and nights, and you prepare thoroughly for each shift to ensure smooth handovers. You thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and collaborate with Style, Engineering, Welcome Desk and Laundry to keep the hotel running seamlessly.

You ensure all guest rooms are ready for arrivals, stay‑overs and turndown service.

You respond to guest requests, report maintenance issues or safety concerns, and welcome guests with a smile and personal connection. You restock your cart with supplies, clean rooms according to W standards, refresh amenities, replace linens, clean bathrooms, remove trash and room service items, reset furniture and décor, and polish surfaces to perfection.

You put the guest at the center of everything you do, and any task that creates a WOW moment becomes part of your role.

You bring at least one year of experience in a similar role and you speak fluent English.

Dutch or additional languages are appreciated.

Experience in the luxury segment is an advantage and a valid work permit for The Netherlands is required.

You have a hands‑on, detail‑driven mindset and you thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

You enjoy working with different teams, communicate clearly and bring a warm, guest‑focused approach with a natural sense of style.
