We are looking for an experienced and passionate Breakfast & Banqueting Manager to oversee the banqueting operations at Corendon Village Hotel. In addition, you will work closely with the Breakfast Supervisor to maintain and improve the quality of our breakfast service.

Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam opened its doors in the spring of 2018 in Badhoevedorp. The hotel consists of three separate wings: Plaza, Apartments & Urban. Together we have 680 rooms, suites, studios and apartments. The hotel has several restaurants, bars, spa facilities, a swimming pool, a cinema and eleven multifunctional meeting rooms.

What does the job entail?

As a Breakfast & Banqueting Manager at Corendon Village Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of banqueting events while also collaborating with the Breakfast Supervisor to maintain high standards in the breakfast area.

*After our renovation, you will also take full responsibility for managing the Residence Inn Breakfast Restaurant, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

Your main focus will be on:

• Managing all banqueting operations, from setup to execution, ensuring top-quality service.

• Supervising and improving breakfast service, working closely with the Breakfast Supervisor.

• Leading and developing a strong team, ensuring staff are well-trained and motivated.

• Overseeing operational efficiency, ensuring smooth processes and guest satisfaction.

• Implementing and maintaining quality standards in line with Corendon’s hospitality values.

Job Offer Requirements
