We are looking for you to join our Corendon Village Hotel in Badhoevedorp. The Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam opened its doors in Badhoevedorp in the spring of 2018. The hotel consists of three separate wings: Plaza, Apartments & Urban. Together, we have 680 rooms, suites, studios, and apartments. The hotel features multiple restaurants, bars, spa facilities, a swimming pool, a cinema, and eleven multifunctional meeting rooms.

What does the job include?
As F&B Manager, you will be the face of our food & beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional dining experiences across:
All You Can Eat Restaurant – A vibrant buffet concept featuring international flavors.
The Lobby & Bar – A welcoming space for guests to enjoy quality coffee or refreshing cocktails.
The Bistro – A cozy and refined dining experience with a focus on quality service.
You will oversee seamless teamwork, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth while leading the operational management of all F&B outlets.
What Does the Role Involve?
As F&B Manager at Corendon, you have a deep passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect with both guests and staff. You are a strong leader, dedicated to bringing out the best in your team while maintaining the highest service standards. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and actively engaging with guests.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments on menu development, staff training, scheduling, and optimizing F&B performance. You continuously seek ways to improve service quality, enhance revenue, and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
In addition to these tasks, you will also:
Assist with budget preparation and make adjustments when necessary.
Enhance the quality of our service to give our guests a WOW experience.
Maintain and expand various relationships.
Contribute to the creation of new menus.
Guide and manage staff and interns.
Optimize business operations.

Job requirements
You are guest-oriented and innovative.
You have 4-5 years of experience in similar positions.
You are proficient in both Dutch and English.
You have problem-solving skills and are decisive.
You have a passion for and a feel for hospitality.
Experience with Marriott or Hilton is a huge plus.
