Are you passionate about organizing events? Do you get excited about welcoming guests? Are you hospitable and commercially minded? Do you pay attention to the smallest details? If so, we are looking for you!
You will join our Sales department as part of a close-knit team. Responsibility and hospitality are your top priorities. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director. Your main tasks will be assisting existing and new clients in organizing beautiful events and providing new clients with the best experience from start to finish. This includes informing and advising contacts about our facilities and services with the corresponding prices, and creating suitable quotes. Whether it's a meeting, corporate party, or the complete organization of a wedding, you handle it all, always with the creativity to make a perfect proposal. You enjoy sales conversations and negotiations and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. In the Sales department, you are the face of our multifunctional meeting rooms, Cinema, Boeing, restaurants, and hotel rooms. You are the first point of contact for guests, contacts, and colleagues.
What does the job involve?
As aMeeting & Events Associate, you will be involved in the following tasks:
Handling and processing requests for (large) groups, parties, and events.
Creating accurate calculations together with the Sales Manager Groups, Meetings & Events.
Documenting your agreements in contracts.
Preparing comprehensive Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to transfer your event details to the relevant operational departments.
Generating revenue by renting out rooms and organizing parties and events.
Coordinating and assisting in the proper execution and implementation of activities for large events.
Collecting data for administration and billing after the event.
Conducting aftersales follow-ups.

Job requirements
Flexible to work, including weekends.
Creative in coming up with solutions and you like to provide structure.
Good at processing numbers.
Strong communication and administrative skills.
Both orally and in writing fluent in Dutch and English.
By preference, someone with a background in Hospitality
Experience in a similar position is a must.
