We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who ensures that all hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently every single day.
As Operations Manager, you oversee multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Spa and ensure seamless communication and teamwork between them.

You are the right hand of the General Manager, translating strategy into action. You monitor service quality, profitability, and operational performance while maintaining Marriott’s high brand standards. With a sharp eye for detail and a people-first mindset, you guarantee both guest satisfaction and staff engagement.

You lead by example: visible on the floor, approachable to your teams, and quick to act when challenges arise. You coach department heads, support their growth, and inspire them to deliver excellence every day, for every guest.

What does the role involve?

As Operations Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all daily hotel operations and ensure smooth collaboration between departments

  • Support and coach department heads and teams to reach operational excellence

  • Ensure the highest quality and service standards across all areas of the hotel

  • Monitor budgets, costs, and performance indicators, ensuring profitability and efficiency

  • Lead operational meetings and drive follow-up on action points

  • Implement and maintain Marriott and Corendon brand standards

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager on strategic projects and continuous improvement

Job requirements

  • You have proven experience in hotel operations or management roles within hospitality

  • You are organized, structured, and solution-oriented

  • You communicate clearly and inspire others through leadership and enthusiasm

  • You are flexible, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic international environment

  • You lead by example and are passionate about teamwork and guest satisfaction

  • You speak fluent English; Dutch is a plus
