At Residence Inn, we don’t just offer hotel rooms, we create a home away from home. As the largest Residence Inn in the Benelux, our hotel has a dynamic extended-stay environment where service consistency, operational structure and team alignment are essential.

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager who ensures that daily hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently. You oversee key departments including Front Office, Housekeeping and other operational teams, making sure collaboration is seamless and communication is clear.

As the right hand of the General Manager, you translate strategy into daily execution. You monitor service quality, financial performance and operational standards, while safeguarding Marriott brand guidelines. With a strong eye for detail and a people-focused mindset, you create an environment where long-stay guests feel truly at home and teams feel supported and motivated.

You lead by example: visible on the floor, approachable and decisive.

You coach department heads, strengthen accountability and inspire your teams to deliver consistent excellence, every day, for every guest.

What does the role involve?

As Operations Manager, you will:

• Oversee all daily hotel operations and ensure smooth collaboration between departments

• Support and coach department heads and teams to reach operational excellence

• Ensure the highest quality and service standards across all areas of the hotel

• Monitor budgets, costs, and performance indicators, ensuring profitability and efficiency

• Lead operational meetings and drive follow-up on action points

• Implement and maintain Marriott and Corendon brand standards

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager on strategic projects and continuous improvement

• You have proven experience in hotel operations or management roles within hospitality

• You are organized, structured, and solution-oriented

• You communicate clearly and inspire others through leadership and enthusiasm

• You are flexible, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic internation

  al environment

• You lead by example and are passionate about teamwork and guest satisfaction

• You speak fluent English; Dutch is a plus
