We are looking for you as our new Spa Supervisor at Corendon Amsterdam Nieuw-West a vibrant hotel located in one of the most dynamic and upcoming areas of Amsterdam, just minutes away from the city center and Schiphol Airport.

Your workplace: a 1000m² wellness experience
You will be working in our impressive 1000m² spa & wellness, a true oasis where relaxation and experience come together. Our facilities include a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, indoor swimming pool, fully equipped fitness area, and a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments. It’s a place where guests come to unwind and where you make the difference.

What does your job incude?

As a Spa Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operations of the spa and leading the team on the floor. You ensure everything runs smoothly, service standards are met, and guests enjoy an exceptional experience. You act as the main point of contact and support the Spa Manager in achieving operational and commercial goals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating the Spa team

• Ensuring high standards in service, safety, and hygiene

• Working alongside the team and supporting daily operations

• Planning treatments and managing staffing levels

• Handling reservations, emails, and phone inquiries

• Monitoring the correct use of all facilities

• Driving revenue through upselling treatments and products

• Identifying improvements and optimizing processes

You play a key role in both the guest experience and the overall performance of the spa. In this position, you report directly to the Spa Manager.

• You are driven, enthusiastic and can act professionally with which you contribute to our quality level.

• You’re flexibly available for at least three days a week.

• You find it important to communicate and deal with everyone in an open, honest and respectful way.

• You master both the Dutch and English language, an extra language will give us the WOW feeling.

• We expect that you have already gained experience in such a position.

• You are also representative, service dish, creative and enthusiastic. In addition, you are flexible to work morning, afternoon and night shifts.
